Order to Cash Business Analyst

The Order to Cash Business Analyst is responsible to deliver high quality services in Order to Cash processes to MCBC entities in scope by acting as process expert and working in conjunction with the OTC Operations Manager, GBS Operations Team and Business Teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide necessary business analysis, data files and reporting to support operations and the business;  
• Act as consultant in cashflow forecast and in creating direct method for budgeted AR;
• Involved in root cause investigations;
• Ensure that Order to Cash Process Maps, SOP's and controls are up to date;

• Perform quality checks as aligned with the Operations Manager, report outcomes and suggestions to Operations Manager 

• Deliver process training to the team to enhance operational knowledge 

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

• (+) 3 years' experience in Order to cash Processes 
• Advanced English knowledge
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Reporting skills
• SAP Experience
• Cross-functional enterprise understanding and the ability to work in cross-functional projects 
• Advanced analytical and decision making skills 
• Well organized, able to multitask and adhere to deadlines 
• Ability to understand and explain complex process flows 
• Knowledge of effective stakeholders communication 
• Good communication skills, including written, verbal and, listening skills
