The Commercial Data Analyst involves ensuring the quality of information related to distributor properties, outlets, volumes, to offer a detailed and comprehensive overview of the entire beer-buying outlet landscape. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

•   Oversee vendor activities of data collection, validation and correction; 

•    Analyze and correct data to ensure data integrity for downstream processes;

•    Develop and conduct data quality checks, ensuring data completeness and accuracy;

•   Analyze and research distributor rejected or missing commercial data properties;  

•   Analyze and research data inquiries from distributors, field sales personnel, and internal users related to required commercial data updates;

•   Ensure proficient utilization of following systems in daily activities for – BI/Webi, Teradata, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, iDig, VIP, Margin Minder, Excel 

 

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

 

Required: 

  • Good verbal and written communication skills; English advanced;
  • Experience in working with large datasets
  • Very good problem-solving skills, analytical skills
  • Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, in particular)        
  • Attention to details

 

Preferred: 

  • Time management skills 
  • Experience working in a shared service, process driven or service center environment 
  • Communication skills & Stakeholder interactions
