AR Rebates Analyst

The AR Rebates Analyst is responsible for performing work Rebates activities included in the Order to Cash (OTC) process for the Molson Coors organization. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create in ERP system the contractual prices/discounts/rebates conditions; 
• Establish and ensure compliance to a Pricing & Rebates approval process, ensuring that the data is aligned with the business needs; 
• Manage data and data integrity across systems;  
• Be an active member of assigned integration projects that involve Order to Cash changes; 
• Understands & action Order to Cash Processes in accordance with the Process Maps and SOP's and updates SOP’s when the process is amended;

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience with data/systems management: ~2 years; 
• Fluent in English B2+;
• Good Microsoft Excel knowledge; 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Very good analytical skills and detail oriented in all tasks carried out; 
• Awareness and understanding of “end to end” impacts of Business Processes and Data across the business; 
• Time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks according to the business needs; 
• In-depth understanding of SAP system & Route Order to Cash (preferably SAP Pricing/Rebates knowledge) - nice to have;
• RTR relevant Rebates experience - nice to have
