The Headlines: 


As a Sales Planning Analyst, you will be part of the Ontario/West Retail & Canada Commercial Team in Toronto within our Early Talent Program. Our Early Talent Program is Molson Coors’ undergraduate summer internship program, where students are exposed to the beverage industry, engaged in real-world problem-solving, and immersed in social and educational opportunities with other interns. 


The internship is full-time, beginning in May through August. Housing assistance is available to candidates who meet eligibility requirements. Interns who successfully complete the Early Talent Program are eligible for full-time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company, upon graduation.


The Responsibilities:

  • Leverage business intelligence, customer programming and promotional plans to optimize customer ordering and stock levels
  • Employ advanced analytics, modelling and regression techniques to optimize sales in a regulated, constraint driven sales environment
  • Develop insights & recommendations to improve sales performance in collaboration with sales, revenue management and customer investment teams

  • Superior excel modelling skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of predictive modelling, computer programming, big data/AI principles, tools & technologies
  • Creative thinker, who is constantly finding new ways to solve complex & ambiguous problems.
  • Effective communicator, cross functional partner, skilled at relationship building
  • Flexible team players who maintain a positive mindset in the face of uncertainty
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills. We expect our team members to learn quickly and adapt new solutions to business problems.
