In the role of eCommerce Customer Marketing Manager working in Toronto, Canada you will be part of the Molson Coors Beverage Company’s Commercial Center of Excellence. This person will elevate the role of ecommerce through training, best practices and working collaboratively with the brand and customer teams to implement Molson Coors’ eCommerce strategy and deliver on omnichannel solutions.

 

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Customer Marketing and works closely with the local sales team to execute solutions.

The Other Qualifications:      

 

  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy   
  • You are confident, organized, and competent. You have experience building and executing omnichannel shopper marketing plans executed through the path to purchase, with a focus on eCommerce and digital media  
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another relevant field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in CPG eCommerce and / or marketing
  • Strength in cross functional integration, communication and influence.
  • You have experience with digital media campaigns and understand the role different digital touchpoints play in brand building/the shopper journey. You are no stranger to data collection
  • You are on the pulse with emerging eCommerce platforms and digital integration opportunities (ie IG shops etc)
  • You have experience with digital shelf, syndication tools, PIM/DAM 
  • Proficient in Power Point & Excel
