In the role of eCommerce Customer Marketing Manager working in Toronto, Canada you will be part of the Molson Coors Beverage Company Commercial Center of Excellence. This person will help establish Molson Coors’ eCommerce strategy as first in class, leading the annual eCommerce customer planning process to deliver clear, omnichannel tactics/activity to market.

 

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Customer Marketing and works closely with the local sales team to execute solutions.

 

The Responsibilities:   

  • Develop and lead the annual eCommerce customer marketing planning process across key customers, establishing clear omnichannel tactics and solutions grounded in shopper insights to execute brilliantly and advance our strategic partnership
  • Act as a thought-leader and go-to expert on eCommerce strategy and execution, supporting brand plans and establishing in-house capabilities to solidify Molson Coors as an industry-leader in eCommerce execution
  • Collaborate and partner with the Customer Solution’s Team, Program Development and Brand teams on the quarterly planning process, providing expertise on the entire omnichannel shopper journey with a strong focus on eCommerce tactics and execution principles
  • Partner with Shopper Insights team to develop and action channel-centric research plans that provide actionable, compelling shopper insights that serve as basis for program development

 

The Other Qualifications:      

  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy   
  • You are confident, organized and competent. You have experience building and executing omnichannel shopper marketing plans executed through the path to purchase, with a focus on eCommerce and digital media  
  • You are highly proficient in data analysis and category management tools (IRI, Nielsen, Google Analytics, etc)
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another relevant field
  • Master’s degree preferred (social sciences, MBA, research focus preferred)
  • At least 5 years experience in CPG eCommerce and / or marketing
