The Molson Coors Toronto Brewery is looking for one enthusiastic aspiring leader to help support our production and optimization processes for upcoming co-op terms. There is one position available which offers up to a 12-month work term.



Role Overviews:
Finance Department Co-Op (1)
The successful candidate will be involved in the following activities:


  1. Responsible for the weekly reconciliation of the payroll interface and reporting any material variances.
  2. Review weekly Production Order variances and escalate to the Ops team.
  3. Tracking and recording export certificates ensuring completeness, follow-up with customers for missing documents mitigating the risk of claiming excise tax rebate with no corresponding certificate
  4. Adhering to the Fixed Asset Count policy by planning the assets to be counted annually and collaborating with different individuals at the brewery for the execution of the count and validating the count using samples.
  5. Responsible for the accuracy and filing of monthly and annual manufacturing surveys in compliance with Statistics Canada requirements.
  6. Support ad-hoc requests from production teams.
