Crafted Highlights:
In the role of Supervisor, Corporate Services working in Toronto, you will manage the facility operations for the Toronto corporate office. You will led internal teams supporting mailroom and beverage stocking operations, the pub inventory and servers, maintenance vendors and contractors, space management, workstations and furniture, liaising with IT to ensure working technology, the relationship with the facility management provider, manage contract suppliers for events security, food services, janitorial services, etc.
This is an 18-month contract role that reports to the Director, Real Estate & Facilities and works closely with cross-functional partners to manage daily facility operations and deliver a high-quality workplace experience.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations for the Toronto corporate campus, ensuring building performance and service standards are consistently met.
- Manage outsourced service providers, including facility management, food services and janitorial partners.
- Direct internal service functions such as mail, food services, while partnering closely with security, IT and procurement teams.
- Coordinate space planning and space management activities in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Key Ingredients:

- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4+ years) in facilities or property management.
- You have working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical plumbing, fire safety, and security.
- You are an excellent communicator who provides clear, actionable direction to internal stakeholders, vendors and staff.
- You bring proven experience in project and contract management, including a solid grasp of SLAs, KPIs, and key metrics, ensuring on-time and cost-efficient delivery.
- You have knowledge of space planning, space utilization and office layout optimization including, moving between workstations/floors, office location moves. Ability to procure furniture and equipment and repairs as needed.
- You can perform physical aspects of the role, including walking, standing for extended periods of time, inspecting facilities and equipment, navigating stairs, ladders, rooftops, and mechanical spaces, and lifting or carrying items weighting 25-50lbs.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $68,200.00 - $89,600.00 (posting salary range) + 9% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
