In the role of Senior Revenue Management Analyst – Canada Ontario and West you will be part of the Revenue Management Team. You will lead the Customer specific plans for Ontario and West in partnership with cross functional teams to drive topline growth and profit maximization across the business unit. Through fact-based analytics, you will work on providing strategic direction to continuously optimize price, promotion, trade terms and assortment by customer & channel.
This position reports to the Pricing Strategy & Analytics Manager – Canada Ontario & West and works closely with the sales teams, finance, channel marketing and category solutions to drive holistic recommendations.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Lead and support strategic decisions and recommendations to drive Total Net Sales Revenue.
- Lead and support category & channel strategy through assortment, net pricing (price and promo) strategy and contractual investment grounded in consumer, category and shopper insights.
- Provide insightful and fact-based recommendation integrating a customer 1st approach with selling stories.
- Support and interact with Liquor Boards.
- Partner with the Promotional Optimization team to understand customer or channel specific findings.
- Evaluate findings & determine updates on strategy.
- Collaborate with Finance Partners (Brand or Customer) to quantify the ‘cost of the plan’ in terms of trade investment needed to execute promotional strategies.
- Partner with BU Sales Finance and BI Analytics Team to ensure trade rates by channel and customer allow the BU to deliver its price strategy and associated financial objectives.
- Define and articulate the role of pricing and promotion within the assigned category, grounded in consumer and shopper insights.
- Evaluate competitor pricing strategies and analyze impact to Molson brands, developing recommendations to address business impacts.
- Lead recommendations & secure decision on Ad Hoc price analysis.
- Support pricing related elements of the Annual Operating Process including channel or customer assortment, everyday price, promotional price and merchandising.
Key Ingredients:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or another analytical discipline.
- You bring at least 5 years of progressive commercial experience in trade marketing, finance, business intelligence, or strategy, with a track record of transforming analytics and insights into actionable recommendations.
- You are sought out for your expertise and advice, and you are known for your ability to influence peers and cross-functional partners effectively.
- You demonstrate diplomacy, professionalism, and sound judgement in all interactions.
- You are recognized for your strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $89,900.00 - $118,000.00 (posting salary range) + 11% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
