The Headlines


In the role of Senior Manager, Capital Projects, Integration and Transformation working out of our Toronto location you will be part of the Supply Chain Finance Team. This role provides the overall financial insights and responsibility of Capital projects and transformational strategy for the Company.  This encompasses the governance and control of capital initiative projects to ensure PACC and ROI are achieved. In this role, you will lead the financial delivery of results from transformational projects and by focusing on processes and compliance in building an effective tracking and monitoring system you will engrain the targets into the operations. This role reports to the Senior Director Supply Chain Finance.  This role has two direct reports, Finance Transformation Manager, Project Management Office (PMO), and Finance Manager Capex Transformation.


The Responsibilities:


  • Governance, control & reporting for Capital Spend and large Supply Chain optimization investments
  • Partner with supply chain teams to identify/analyze economic opportunities across the organization
  • Drive for execution and achievement of global cost savings initiatives on an annual basis. Support and model financials for future investments and initiatives
  • Manage and consult on use of Capital across enterprise to maximize return on investment.
  • Create and Manage a Governance Office for the company’s Optimization Savings Program
  • Drive the finance agenda aspects of the START process to align with the supply chain finance strategy
  • Ongoing review cadence, validation and risk escalation of Transformation Projects
  • Key liaison for Supply Chain Long Range Plan inputs and translation into financials       
  • Distribution and testing of Global Corporate Used Models (PACC, CAR) to Supply Chain Finance team
  • Delivery of Annual Operating PLAN, Actual Results, Latest Estimate reporting and Long-Range Plan
  • Effectively manage relevant integration programs into the local BU
  • Effectively move finance capital management from a back-office function to a front office by leading and working collaboratively with the Engineering team to optimize capital spend recommendations to senior leadership
  • Delivery of the cash flow of Capital spend within the cash flow Molson Coors Incentive Plan target 
  • Ability to understand and formulate the key drivers of the strategic transformation business cases and impact on supply chain synergy target deliverables 
  • Build the IMO office to develop and create existing processes to ensure cadence for tracking and monitoring an effective and accurate IMO office in Canada to ensure programs are engrained in the Supply Chain operations group to ensure achievement of Global synergy savings targets and metrics
  • Lead in ideation for savings and transformation programs (Value Optimization Programs) to gain efficiencies and maximize cost savings as part of the Global Integration Savings program  
  • Manage multiple Business Partner relationships and delivery of business leader requirements (Senior leaders in Supply Chain)  


The Other Qualifications


  • University degree in Accounting or Business
  • Professional Accounting Designation (CPA)
  • 8 to 10 years of progressive Finance experience in CPG or other relevant industry
  • You have extensive financial analysis and business modelling experience
  • You possess a strong knowledge of financial processes and policies, and the governance behind financial reporting, including P&L and Cash Flow
  • Strong communication skills in order to work with, and present to all levels within the organization
  • You’re a self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to deal with various functional levels
  • You have a proven track record for delivery of results
  • You have strong leadership skills and the ability to influence without formal authority
  • You have strong Microsoft Excel skills; working knowledge of SAP and Anaplan would be an asset.
  • You possess strong technical accounting skills
  • You have the ability to handle multiple deliverables simultaneously
