This individual is a Brand Champion, responsible for Molson Coors’ Six Pints portfolio of brands. This includes Granville Island Brewing, Creemore Springs Brewing, Brasseur de Montreal, Trou du Diable, Hop Valley & India Beer. Responsibilities include long-range portfolio strategy, innovation planning, brand strategy, campaign development & execution, and budget management. This individual will manage a high-performing team of brand and innovation managers situated across Canada.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Defines vision for resource allocation across 360 degrees of the marketing mix regionally & nationally.
  • Ongoing Brand Analysis
  • Integration of Brand Plans into organizational commercial plan
  • Financial planning for assigned brand
  • Leads Portfolio & Brand Planning Process
  • Managing initiatives with scope across the enterprise and collaboration with internal stakeholders including executives.
  • Selling marketing brand & national level 360 degree programming strategy to external stakeholders including distributors and key retailers.
  • Identifies opportunities and target consumers
  • Defines strategic direction independently or in conjunction with Head of Six Pints Commercial
  • Links multiple, complex data sources into actionable business ideas
  • Creative development across multiple marketing mix elements & platforms.
  • Achieve volume, profit, and brand health targets
  • Manages brand portion of the P&L
  • Drive execution across all elements of marketing mix
  • Develop, manage and ensure execution of brand programs, creative and other elements of the marketing mix, delegating certain programs to direct reports.  Ensure program results are measured, reported, and used to inform path forward.
  • Clearly communicate all brand programs.  Provide clear direction and demonstrate leadership through meeting timelines.  Understand brand strategies, link to channel strategies and apply them to the development of brand programs and creative messaging.
  • Works directly with Brand & Innovation Managers to develop innovation concepts and commercial plans, taking projects through Molson Coors’ internal evaluation process.


Key Ingredients: 

 

  • You have abachelor’sdegreein Business or equivalent experience 7+ years)in the field of CPG Marketing 
  • Advertising experience with TV and secondary media
  • Experience collaborating with sales on implementation of retail based marketing programs

Pay and Benefits:
 

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $133,000.00 - $174,600.00 (posting salary range) + 16target short term incentive + $10,000 USD + 400 Non-Qualified Stock Options target long term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
