In the role of Senior Shopper Marketing Manager working in Toronto, Ontario, you will be part of the North American Commercial Center of Excellence Shopper Marketing team.  Your role is to lead the advancement of Molson Coors shopper marketing capability in Canada.

This position reports to the Vice President of Shopper Marketing and works closely with brand marketing, customer solutions, shopper marketing, eCommerce and other cross functional teams. 


The Responsibilities:

  • Lead advancement of Shopper Marketing 2.1 strategy for Canada in partnership with sales & brand leadership
  • Lead advancement of eCommerce & shopper media integration across national & customer solutions, including leading two eCommerce customer marketing managers
  • Partner with brand leadership to develop omnichannel customer marketing programs rooted in shopper insights and an understanding of market dynamics
  • Consult with CST’s on evolving our approach to shopper engagement
  • Lead portfolio solution strategy & oversee AMM development/management of solutions
  • Lead shopper marketing agency management, ensuring capabilities are in line with Shopper Marketing vision
  • Partner with sales & brand teams to develop commercial priorities & calendar annually.  Identify opportunities to drive scale across North American solutions when possible.
  • Lead test & learn on merchandising innovation in the shopper marketing space
  • Share shopper marketing best practices across the organization
  • Input into shopper insights learning plan


The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another relevant field
  • You have at least 7 years' experience in CPG and / or marketing
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with yhopper Marketginour understanding of the business priorities.  You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy You thrive in ambiguity and can demonstrate success without all the answers or data.
  • You have a strong bias for action.  You identify a problem, understand prioritization, and mobilize to solve it.
  • You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development
