The Headlines: In the role of Senior Financial Analyst based in Toronto, ON, you will be part of the Six Pints Collective Finance team. You will play a key role in reporting, financial analysis, and insights that support both supply chain and broader commercial decision-making.
This role contributes to cost efficiency, financial performance, and governance across multiple lines of business, while helping maintain strong controls over inventory, capital assets, and operating expenses.
This position reports to the Finance Controller, Six Pints, and works closely with the National Finance Manager, Supply Chain, as well as Sales, Operations, and other commercial partners across the Six Pints Collective.
The Responsibilities:
· Support the Six Pints financial results process, including year-to-date reporting, full-year forecasting, and annual budget cycles.
· Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports, forecasts, and actionable analytics for leadership teams.
· Support financial analysis across multiple commercial lines of business, including revenue, cost of goods sold, and operating expenses.
· Develop, maintain, and distribute reporting that provides insight into brewery operations, distribution and logistics performance, inventory management, and capital assets.
· Partner with Sales, Operations, and other commercial teams to support forecasting, business cases, and performance analysis.
· Provide financial support and insights to Molson Coors Canada and Six Pints leadership as required.
· Support month-end activities by ensuring accuracy, controls, and compliance in reported financials, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
The Other Qualifications:
· Financial designation or active enrollment in an accredited accounting designation program.
· 3 to 5 years’ experience in accounting, reporting or financial analysis.
· Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial and enterprise systems.
· Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage complexity and competing priorities.
· A collaborative mindset, with a track record of building effective cross-functional partnerships.
· Accountability for outcomes, with a strong sense of ownership and integrity.
· Curiosity and a desire to continuously learn and improve.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $75,000.00 - $98,400.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
