As the Senior Designer, Marketing Production in this 12‑month contract role, you elevate Molson Coors’ creative and production capabilities by leading the development of high‑impact retail and point‑of‑sale materials while ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance. You drive design excellence through trend‑informed creative strategies, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and mentor junior designers, collaborating closely with the Studio team to deliver best‑in‑class work.

This role reports to the Studio Lead, Marketing Production.

 

 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

  • Accelerate the Molson Coors Beverage Company commercial creative and production capability to become the First Choice for Consumers and Customers, delivering strategic execution in key regions.
  • Work closely with the Studio Lead, Marketing Production, and the broader Studio team to define, update, and maintain Marketing Production processes.
  • Lead the design and development of retail and point‑of‑sale materials, including displays, signage, promotional assets, and packaging collateral.
  • Ensure all artwork complies with industry‑specific and region‑specific requirements and regulations.
  • Review and verify artwork files for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Stay up to date on changes in regulations and guidelines related to packaging artwork and communicate updates to the team.
  • Monitor retail industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviors to inform and enhance design strategies.
  • Prepare creative work by gathering necessary information and materials, including brand guidelines, briefs, and reference stimuli.
  • Interpret strategic inputs with creativity, originality, and strong visual and technical production judgment.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inspiring studio environment.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Bring strong attention to detail and deadlines, supported by training in graphic design and communications, along with experience in color management, printing processes, and digital production requirements.

 

 

Key Ingredients:  

  • You have a Post-Secondary degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts or related field, or equivalent professional experience 10+ years of print, digital and creative graphic design experience.
  • You have advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of applications.
  • You have experience with 3D/rendering software, motion graphics, animation, and Adobe Workfront — all considered strong assets.
  • You have experience in the alcohol/beverage industry or in consumer packaged goods, which is preferred.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $69,000.00 - $90,500.00 (posting salary range).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
