The Headlines:   

In the role of Sales Planning Analyst working in Toronto you will be part of the Commercial Planning TeamThe Sales Planning and Analytics Coordinator is the support person for sales planning for Canada.  The candidate also plays an important role around analytics by extracting and supporting the translation of data into meaningful insights leading to decisions on the business.   The role also ensures reporting is adequate from an end user standpoint while being their representative during new report developments with design experts (IT/Data Governance). 

 

This position reports to Sr. Manager, Commercial Planning and works closely with sales and marketing primarily and broader commercial teams such as finance and supply as needed.  

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Support National Analytics needs
  • Own AOP Customer grouping Management + Not Assigned classifications
  • Support Anaplan developments - End user Rep.
  • Own Anaplan accuracy - LE Built & R&O request and system entries
  • Support team with analytics from relevant findings & Ad-hoc requests
  • Support and present Business Analysis - War-Gaming  (none-client specific)
  • Assist in defining ''Must Win Battle'' elements and develop KPI tracking.
  • Generate & Release Weekly update volume Performance
  • Own ABQ Weekly/Monthly update reviews & Brand master EQ (Quebec only
  • Support - End-User Report requirements and transit to developers
  • Own – Innovation and Distribution tracker Accuracy

 

The Other Qualifications: 

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance or Economics or have at least 2-3 years experience in an analyst role (CPG Industry experience a bonus)
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • Self Starter with strong attention to details
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
