In the role of Sales Planning & Analytics Manager working in Toronto, you will be part of the Planning, Analytics and Field Sales Management team. The Sales Planning and Analytics Manager is the lead person in sales planning for their region. The candidate also plays an important role around analytics by extracting and translating data into meaningful insights leading to decisions on the business. You will be working very closely with the sales team and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Annual Operating Plan (AOP Volume) process within your region. You will be collaborating with other key stakeholders throughout the business to deliver a robust and accurate AOP. Candidates should bring a strong sense of ownership, act with urgency, and proactively drive alignment across stakeholders. A structured and analytical approach is used to support decisions and enable execution.

This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Commercial Planning & Execution.

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Lead and drive the annual planning kick‑off, setting expectations, pace, and accountability.
  • Drive collaboration and align Sales and Marketing input to ensure an executable, high‑quality plan that delivers the company’s LRP and AOP strategy.
  • Ensure annual planning objectives are met, e.g., Include specific timelines and milestones and performance metrics (leading and lagging indicators).
  • Organize planning volume reviews in final planning phases.
  • Participate, with account teams and management, in defining key areas of success on the business along with supporting its tracking performance.
  • The candidate plays a role in seeking continuous improvements in our annual planning practices.
  • Extract and translate data into meaningful insights into business requests emerging from strategic business discussions.
  • Find and track emerging trends on segments, channels and brands for his/her region.
  • Present insights and recommendations during forum discussions and enable scenario-based decision-making.
  • Ensure proper business reporting is in place and represent end user for report information adjustments or new developments.

  • You influence and drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Finance — including challenging assumptions and escalating risks when required.
  • You are a motivated and dynamic manager that can inspire others while bringing positive energy around you.
  • You respect your commitments and can obtain support from cross-function members.
  • You use a structured and analytical approach to problem solving, enabling efficient decisions and high-quality outputs.
  • You use analysis to form clear recommendations and drive decisions.
  • You apply strong organizational skills to build clear processes, frameworks, and documentation.
  • You have strong analytical skills and experience using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • You have intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You have experience with Anaplan and Power BI, which is considered an asset.
  • You have a university degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance or Accounting (MBA is considered an asset).
  • You bring at least 5–8 years of experience in the CPG industry across key account management, sales finance, or business planning roles.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $102,400.00 - $134,400.00 (posting salary range) + 13target short term incentive +  target long term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
