The Headlines:   

In the role of Process Lead- Customer Supply Chain Lead working in Canada you will be part of Customer Supply Chain team.

 

This position reports to Sr Mgr Partnerships.

 

 

The Responsibilities: 

 

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of 1-2 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations 
  • Great opportunity for newer leader or a senior analyst looking to grow into a leadership space
  • Liase with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure retail objectives are aligned with MCC's ability to supply on-time in-full.  Influence/own beyond beer strategy for all Seltzer/Tea/Flavored brands (Coors, Vizzy, Simply, TOPO & Arizona)
  • People Leadership and Influence, act as an advisor and thought partner by structuring undefined issues for resolution, researching issues, summarizing information, and working with relevant stakeholders to provide the GM with the information needed to make sound and timely decisions.
  • Identifies and helps build out KPIs to make sure the team can push the needle forward and continuously look for improving processes with both internal and external partners
  • Lead the maturity road map with BPE team to ensure processes are mapped and documented; Evaluate workflow; Identify gaps; Revise processes to increase efficiency ;Continuously look at simplifying and automating repeated tasks; Train employees(if applicable)

 

 

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field customer supply chain.
  • You have at least 5-8 years experience in Customer Service, Sales, and CPG experience

  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.  
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments.  
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow.

Job Posting Salary Range: (Canada/B.C.) $89,800 - $129,100
