The Headlines:  

In the role of Partner Manager working in Toronto, Ontario, you will implement the strategic direction and approach for managing our supply chain partnerships across Canada.   You will be responsible for forging strong relationships that liaise across partners supporting supply chain functions.  
 
This position reports to the Director, Canada Supply Chain Partnership Management, and collaborates closely with the Sales team, as well as our overall Supply Chain teams.

 

The Responsibilities: 
•    Important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches, developing tailor-made solutions and work closely with stakeholders to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
•    Implementation of the structure and RTM model to ensure inter-company supply chain execution between Molson Coors and any partner businesses.  Such businesses include  3rd party business (ie.Heineken), JV’s (ie. Truss), and new beverage businesses (ie. Clearly Kombucha). 
•    Contribute to the Integration and maintenance of supply chain partnership with our import, export, contract production partnerships.  Serves as a supply chain representative to ensure cross-functional success. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across a program's sub-initiatives
•    Responsible for the delivery of end-to-end transformational initiatives and programs within Supply Chain. Provide support in contractual processes related to supply chain partnerships, CoMan and CoPack.  This includes supporting the supply chain operationalization of new to business products or business works streams.

 

The Other Qualifications: 
•    8+ years of experience in Supply Chain leadership, preferably in the CPG industry
•    You will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business or related discipline  
•    Ability to identify, create and implement innovative business partnerships
•    You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.  You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy  
•    You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business 
•    You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development
