This posting applies Marketing Manager, Molson & Economy (Full Time). Working in Toronto, you will be part of the Canadian Brand Marketing team. We are on a mission to build brands that more people want to hang out with – that means embedding our brands into culture and having the bravery to do breakthrough work, that matters, and that people will care about. That’s what these roles will be all about. You will be primarily accountable for stewarding, localizing and executing the overall brand strategy for one of the various brands mentioned above, to deliver the brand’s annual operating plan.
These positions report into the Marketing Director leading each of the respective brands outlined above and works closely with the broader Marketing and Commercial team.
What You’ll Be Brewing
Accelerate Molson Coors Canada’s commercial capability to become First Choice for Consumers and Customers, providing the strategic leadership, direction, and management for one of Molson Coors Canada’s Key Brands:
- Brand Champion across 360 degrees of the marketing mix in Canada
- Responsible for creating, localizing and executing overall brand strategy for Canada; includes key elements of the brand’s marketing and communications plan including TV media, social & digital media, as well as the activation
- Ensure effective integration of brand plan / activities with other Company functional areas; including on-premise and retail channels
- Key contributor to the development of the annual plan through rigorous analysis of business performance and the development of key insights and recommendations for the business
- Manage and inspire external agencies including advertising, promotional, experiential and media in the development of marketing campaigns that are innovative and deliver against the brand strategy
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly and yearly business reviews with senior MCBC stakeholders

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field
- You have at least 5 years' progressive experience in brand marketing
- You have experience collaborating with sales on implementation of marketing programs

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $116,900.00 - $153,400.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
