The Headlines:   

In the role of  Manager Strategic Partnerships-NA Import and Export working in Milwaukee OR Toronto you will implement the strategic direction and approach for managing our supply chain partnerships across North America.  Responsible for forging strong relationships  that liaise across partner supporting supply chain functions. Own the development of a supply strategy for 1-2 smaller partners, work with the director of Import & Export Partnerships to create an end to end strategy  for a supplier aligning with the wider CSE and covering KPI delvopment, tracking, S&OP creation and supplier segmentation

The Responsibilities: 

  • Important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches, developing tailor-made solutions and work closely with stakeholders to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
  • Implementation of the structure and RTM model to ensure inter-company supply chain execution between Molson Coors and any partner businesses.  Such businesses include  3rd party business (ie.Heineken 1m hL $5M in spend), JV’s (ie. Yuengling, Truss), and new beverage businesses
  • Contribute to the Integration and maintenance of supply chain partnership with our import and export, partnerships.  Serves as a supply chain representative to ensure cross-functional success. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across a program's sub-initiatives
  • Responsible for the delivery of end-to-end transformational initiatives and programs within Supply Chain. Provide support in contractual processes related to supply chain partnerships.  This includes supporting the supply chain operationalization of new to business products or business works streams.

The Other Qualifications:

  • 5-10+ year experience in Supply Chain, preferably in a CPG industry
  • Ability to identifying, creating and implementing innovative business partnerships
  • Strong collaboration with Sales and overall Supply Chain on matters of execution on all of supply chain partnerships.
  • Strong collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement and Distributors to ensure seamless partnership execution plans
  • Strong collaboration with the strategy teams and procurement for  new and renewed contracts
  • Close liaison with external partners to ensure business continuity and mitigation of risk.
  • Strong implementation skills and ability to influence the enterprise on optimizing partnership value
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of interdependencies of overall supply chain.
  • Capability to drive internal and external change to meet challenging / stretch business objectives.
  • Able to lead partner supply representatives, managing and collaborating to a common goal
