The Headlines:

 

  • In the role of a Manager, Customer Supply Chain, you will Create customer-centric supply chain approaches and maximize OSA, and Fill Rate while supporting effective functioning of service/supply chain. Also, you will lead, direct and develop Customer Supply Chain Analysts.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain multiple customer-facing relationships, including Alcanna, BCLS, MBLL & SLGA.
  • Build and maintain multiple internal relationships, including Sales, Category Management, Customer Service, Finance, Sales Planning, and supply chain partners.
  • Lead threw the complexity of the West (four provinces), of our supply and the complexity of our multiple Chain retailers (15 plus).
  • Liaison with Customer (the buyers) to generate win-win solutions that maximizes the consumer experience.
  • Participate in a limited number of select special projects and strategic initiatives, including promotional events and continuous improvement opportunities.

 

The Other Qualifications:

  • 10 years + of progressive Supply Chain, Customer Service, Demand Planning and Supply & Production Planning, and Management leadership experience in1 CPG & Pharma industries.
