Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Manager, Commercialization, you will be part of the Canadian Commercial Operations team. You will act as a liaison between the commercial organization and the Integrated Supply Chain team. You will ensure that key stakeholder management of core commercial projects and innovation preparedness ins conducted diligently.

 

You will be responsible for leading and directing sales strategies and activities which address current dynamics and are in alignment with overall goals to deliver volume, profit, and brand health, while optimizing the use of budget. The GM leads, directs and motivates multiple independent distributors to align with business strategies and deliver execution of initiatives in retail outlets.

 

This position reports to the Vice President, Commercial Operations and works closely with regional and key national account sales teams, integrated supply chain network and internal brand and marketing activation teams.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations 
  • Lead a team accountable for designated retailer or channel volume, profit, and share performance through strategic customer partnership 
  • Coach your team to execute effectively in-market and identify opportunities to be first choice for our customers and consumers 
  • You will develop and execute commercialization strategies for new products and services, aligning with business goals and market opportunities
  • You will deploy technology solutions and be responsible for development of associated processes and playbooks
  • You will manage the gap analysis on orders versus forecasts and drive corrective actions and solutions that support the team
  • You will manage commercialization timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
  • You will manage cross-functional stakeholder teams including ISC, demand planning, forecasting teams, brand marketing and sales

 

Key Ingredients:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or other relevant field OR relevant field
  • You have 5+ years of experience in integrated supply chain, demand planning, and forecasting
  • You have the ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market or territory to support business needs, as well as occasional meetings, trainings, and events outside the assigned territory.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $106,000.00 - $139,100.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
