The Headlines:   

In the role of Canadian Commercial Execution Manager working in Toronto you will be part of the Canadian Commercial Operations Team. You will be responsible manage and grow the executional playbook for the commercial and field sales team. This role is specifically responsible for the Canadian Variable Compensation model along with the Key Performance Indicators & the targets that drive business results. Also, the role operates as the Product Manager for the country with our CRM System within the Global Team.

 

This position reports to the VP of Commercial Operations and works closely with Commercial Leadership, more specifically Sales Leadership, Global IT, Global Business Services (GBS), and the field sales team.

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of 2 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations 
  • Manage the KPI model that drives Variable Compensation along with own the target setting process with Sales Leadership
  • Continuously access sales tool capability and usage to maximize productivity in market for field sales
  • Own the CRM Development Road Map by collected user feedback, Prioritizing with Canadian Leadership and working with Global development team
  • Define National Playbook and the sales routines for sales managers to coach against national expectations
  • Be relentless in collaborating with internal stakeholders for a one commercial team

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of Sales and or Business Strategy
