The Headlines

 

In the role of Key Account Analyst working in Ontario, you will be part of the Canadian Commercial Team. The individual will support the development, execution and evaluation of retail key account strategies. The Key Account Analyst will be measured on their ability to support the delivery of short term and long-term sustainable profit and volume growth for Molson Coors while delivering against the specific needs of the key account team and their customers.

 

The individual will manage and deliver against various financial and volumetric targets to help deliver the total Ontario sales plan.  The person will also use their intuition, problem solving abilities and collaboration skills to unlock future growth opportunities within the Ontario market through various cross-functional initiatives.

This position reports to Chris Gojmerac, General Manager of Ontario. The role will work closely with the Ontario Retail Key Account Team, Field Sales and Retail Customers, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of volume, share and profit targets across Retail Key Accounts in Ontario (LCBO, Grocery, LCOs, Retail Partners, TBS).
  • Lead monthly performance evaluation of customer strategies created by the Key Account Managers
  • Assist Key Account Managers co-ordinate product launches at select Retail Key Account Customers
  • Work with fellow Sales team members, customer solutions teams, supply planning, demand planning and customer contacts to execute customer plans
  • Leverage business intelligence, customer programming and promotional plans to optimize customer ordering and stock levels
  • Employ advanced analytics, modelling and regression techniques to optimize sales in a regulated, constraint driven sales environment
  • Develop insights & recommendations to improve sales performance in collaboration with sales, revenue management and customer investment teams

 

The Other Qualifications:

 

  • You possess a bias towards action and thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment 
  • You take pride being organized, and have a track record of completing routine tasks and/or complex projects with pace
  • A consummate team play who enjoys collaborating with and learning from others
  • A Degree in Business, Operations Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics  
  • Preferred, 2-5 years of previous work experience in Project Management, Analytics, Sales, Customer Service or Distribution and Logistics Experience
  • Possess Strong Excel Skills
