The General Manager, On-Premise, Partnerships & Brand Experience is a key member of the Molson Coors Canadian Leadership Team (MCCLT) accountable for the development and execution of the national On-Premises channel, Partnership and Brand Experience strategy. This role will drive our business forward by contributing and aligning to the Canadian Long-Range Plan (LRP) and translating to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) business goals and P&L performance. The role holder is responsible for managing top-tier relationships at Key Accounts as well as leading and developing a national On-Premises field sales teams to deliver revenue, volume, profit and share goals.
The Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development to achieve our AOP and LRP goals
- Lead the overall On Premise, Partnership, and Brand Experience strategy for Canada, delivering consistent results across markets.
- As a leader on the MCCLT, you will have input to total Canada commercial LRP and AOP, actively participate in monthly Canada business reviews, and be a role-model of the expected values and behaviors for MCBC.
- Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to develop and implement a partnership strategy in line with our brands portfolio ambitions, overall national company strategy, and our company culture and values
- Direct management of sound financial and budgetary policy and instill a commitment to fiscal responsibility within teams. Maximize utilization of available budget to ensure efforts reach trade with a relentless focus on revenue to drive profitable growth.
- Responsible for relationship between MCBC and major national, provincial, and local key accounts, driving joint value creation with customers through relationship development and innovative solutions.
The Other Qualifications:
- Evidence of leading large teams, rooted in a combination of a compelling vision, consistent execution, and a strong track record of developing those around you
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, OR equivalent experience (15+ years) in a related field
- Enhanced negotiation skills to close gaps and seize market opportunities
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
- You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
- You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
