Crafted Highlights:
In the role of The Flavour Kitchen Line Lead. The Flavour Kitchen Lead is located at the Toronto Brewery and has 24 hour accountability for results, ownership and responsibility to drive Daily Management Systems (DMS), and organizational health of their area of responsibility. As the line Lead, you will be responsible for managing and improving results necessary to achieve the Compelling Business Need (CBN) and Site Master Plan through rigorous application of Continuous improvement tools. The majority of the individuals time will be spent on the floor working with the teams and building capability of the people in their area and removing roadblocks to best support the team.
This position reports to Director of Brewing.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Owns the 24/7 operations of flavored beverage production for Brewing
- Responsible for identifying creating standards (e.g. SOPs,CILs,CLs,TRGs….etc) with the flavored beverage operator team.
- Responsible for improvements to AM and PM maintenance plans
- Facilitates loss elimination analysis to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities
- Develops RTT metrics and control strategies to enable operators to respond to out of control situations
- Leads root cause problem solving on key chronic losses for line/department
- Coaches teams on Centerline DMS execution and problem-solving skills.
Key Ingredients:
- You have Manufacturing Supervision (People Leadership)
- Brewing Technology: Brewing, Fermenting, Centrifuging, DE Filtering, Nano/RO Filtering, Flavor Kitchen, Blending.
- Experience with maintenance planning and maintenance improvement methodologies such as BDEs, equipment ranking
- Experience employing data analysis methodologies using Microsoft Excel
- You have at least 3-5 years experience in leading line operations
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
- You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
- You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
- You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $100,400.00 - $131,800.00 (posting salary range) + 13% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
