Crafted Highlights:
In the role of FP&A Lead/Sr. Manager, Commercial Planning and Consolidation working in Toronto, Canada you will be a key part of the Finance team as well as part of Finance Leadership Team (FLT). You will partner with multiple levels of the organization to build budgets and forecasts, assess current processes and activities to identify enterprise improvement opportunities, drive savings and improve return on investment.
This position reports to the VP Finance/CFO.
What You’ll Be Brewing:

Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues (currently 1), and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations

Consolidate Canada Commercial P&L for budget, actuals, and forecast, including period close

Provide accurate and timely P&L’s and financial information with multiple views: National, Region (West/East), Brand, Customer

Analyze drivers for actual performance vs. plan or forecast and liaise with finance business partner to proactively put plans in place to achieve financial and strategic goals. Analysis includes NSR, Gross Margin (at Standard), selling, marketing execution and G&A

Coordinate with FP&A team to implement NA standard reporting and processes

Key liaison to NA FP&A team to clearly report and explain performance drivers vs. AOP, vs. PY, vs. PLE for all lines in the P&L in accordance with the NA FP&A timelines.

Ensure adherence to the company's documented financial policies, procedures and internal controls

Serve as right-hand for VP Finance/CFO and President, for connecting numbers/reports to strategy, guiding cross functional teams to high ROI outcomes.
Key Ingredients:

You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required

You have a CPA designation ideal; masters, in lieu
-
You have a minimum 8 years of experience with min 2 years as manager

You have ideally, substantial exposure to and knowledge of the beer industry and the MolsonCoors Commercial business

You have demonstrated capabilities with SAP, Excel, and financial modeling
