Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Director, Non-Alc Beverages based in Toronto, you will be part of the Canada Sales team. You will lead the localization and execution of the Americas Non-Alc Beer and Beyond Beer strategies within Canada. You will drive the national sales strategy, aligning with local market dynamics including route-to-market and delivery of the long-range plan (LRP) and annual operating plans (AOP).

This position reports to the President, Canada Sales and manages a team of Key Account Managers. In addition, this person will collaborate cross-functionally with the Americas Non-Alc team, the Canada Commercial sales team and 3rd party merchandisers.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations 
  • You will be responsible for building and operationalizing the Canadian LRP with a focus on the local AOP execution aligned to the America’s Non-Alc brand and channel strategy.
  • You will set the direction for the national sales team to ensure ways of working across all functions, beliefs, buy-in, and action against the Non-Alc portfolio of brands
  • You will have P&L accountability for the delivery of the Non-Alc AOP across all measures
  • You will lead local commercialization and deployment of new-to-market Non-Alc brands in Canada including expansion of current brands
  • You will manage expected performance to plan determining solutions for challenges along the way
  • You will manage the use of funds in your direct team and influence the budget decisions for indirect teams to deliver on the Non-Alc P&L

 

Key Ingredients:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or other relevant field OR equivalent experience
  • You have 8+ years of experience in sales, with beverage experience preferred
  • You have advanced business understanding including creating and driving long range plans, pricing strategies, sales, route to market dynamics, supply chain operations, and P&L management
  • You have the ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market or territory to support business needs, as well as occasional meetings, trainings, and events outside the assigned territory.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments

Pay and Benefits:
 

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $139,900.00 - $183,600.00 (posting salary range) + target short term incentive + $15,000 USD + 600 Non-Qualified Stock Options target long term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
