Role Overview:

In the role of a Customer Supply Chain Analyst working in Canada you will be part of the Customer Supply Chain team. You will effectively utilize information systems and business processes to gather and analyze information with recommendations for service and performance improvements for our customers.

Analyzes key supply chain metrics to optimize the performance of corporate service level targets while pro-actively managing customer flow of goods to mitigate inventory risk. Enables key sales performance metrics and identifies areas of continuous improvement by working with cross functional customer teams. Partners with customers to jointly develop best practice supply chain solutions aligned to improve internal and external supply chain processes.


What You Will Be Accountable For:

  • Seeks ways to continuously improve metric performance such as status of inventory levels flows, yard dwell time, out of stocks, and shipment execution Optimal on Hand inventory, Promo activity tracking- by partnering with key stakeholders to identify data gaps. Contributes detailed supply plans to S&OP process, and other product supply execution processes.
  • Develops strategies into MONTHLY action plans, sets priorities for others, exerts influence and makes decisions within limited guidance on behalf of team.  Development of databases to consolidate data as provided from customers
  • Communicates relevant updates to the customer organizations regarding distributor related issues that fall within the assigned geography/scope of responsibility
  • Meets with customers/sales regularly to discuss analytics, KPI's & recommendations.  Execute actions that will delight consumer and deliver NSR, EBIT with both MCBC & Customers
  • Create and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reporting for both internal and external use.

  • Prior experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP


Education level and/or experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations management, or related discipline.
