Crafted Highlights:    

In the role of Customer Marketing Assistant Manager, you will be part of the Marketing Activation and Category Solutions team. You’ll be the executional expert for assigned retail customers in the West/Ontario region. You’ll hold a robust understanding of the shopping environment and know the best way to create disruption and conversion with shoppers. 

This position reports to the Category Insights Executive, and is based out of Toronto.

  

What You’ll Be Brewing:  

  • You will develop marketing tools aimed at enhancing in-store conditions and supporting promotional activations throughout the path of purchase.
  • You will plan and execute the Perfect Store strategy at a customer level ensuring effective execution of retail strategies and overall brand representation in stores.
  • You will create and deploy everyday and pricing POS.
  • You will execute the sampling activation strategy.
  • You will proactively identify opportunities for improvement in the Perfect Store strategy and execution processes.
  • You’ll collaborate with various departments, including shopper marketing, sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless implementation.
  • You will manage the monthly budgeting process for your respective customers.
  • You will implement digital shelf best practices on your customer platforms.
  • You will support the Customer Marketing Manager in bringing the national shopper solutions to life in store, including the development of net-new activations, creation of customer selling stories and internal sales communications.

  

Key Ingredients:  

  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or in any related field and/or 3+ years of progressive experience across marketing and/or sales (CPG industry experience is a bonus).
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
  • You have strong project management skills, including planning, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.  
  • You have creative and innovative thinking to challenge the expected.
  • You have a proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint software.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $73 500,00 - $96 500,00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
