Role Overview:

 

We are currently looking for Customer Investment Manager. The Customer Investment Team approach is based on people, processes, and systems to optimize return on investment, to simplify our Canadian trade rebates and customer contracts & agreements and to accelerate our Commercial Planning and Forecasting cycle.

Your ability to understand the business needs, ideate a working solution and convert it into a digital solution will be crucial in the Team’s success.
Having a very good understanding of general data and systems, along with the curiosity and willingness to learn of Molson Coors systems and data structure will be key for this role.
You will focus on business partnering, change management, process improvements, while reducing complexity through Integrated Tools.

You will be involved with various Commercial stakeholders such as Sales, Revenue Management, Finance, IT, Brand, Channel, Demand Planning and Business Strategy.

What You Will Be Accountable For:

 

  • Be part of a cross-functional team to streamline our Commercial Processes and Accelerate our digitalization of Commercial Planning and Forecasting using integrated tools.
  • Focus on solving process challenges and optimizing trade spend by delivering on 3 pillars: people, process, and systems/tools.
  • Simplify key processes, including customer planning, account negotiations, forecasting, business cases, contract management, budgeting, trade rebates, and approvals processes.
  • Build tools to support the Commercial teams in forecasting Customer P&L.
  • Lead the change management and transformation of our business partner functions.
  • Be part of an Agile team that implements long-term solutions that meet the needs of the business.
  • Drive compliance of policies and processes to gain efficiencies with cross functional collaboration.
  • Develop SOP (standard operating procedures) documentation for all Commercial activities and processes.

 

 

If You Have The Following…We Want To Hear From You!

 

  • University Degree with focus on IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, Finance or Accounting
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience with Commercial Teams and/or Tool/System/Process implementation and/or Advanced Analytics and/or other business roles in Commercial organizations; CPG company experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking capabilities
  • Ability to effectively work in a team environment and independently without having local supervision
  • Strong presentation skills, ability to effectively communicate to various business teams
  • Advanced Excel skills and highly proficient in Office 365 suite
  • Experienced and/or Interest in Agile Methodology and Tools Development is a big plus
  • Anaplan experience is a big plus
  • SalesForce and/or SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a plus
