Role Overview:

We are currently looking for a Commercial Enablement Solutions Specialist. The Commercial Enablement Team, part of Commercial Operations, has an approach based on People, Processes, and Tools. The Commercial Enablement Team removes the noise/roadblocks/issues from everyday Commercial Operations and Execution and enables new Commercial Capabilities & increase operational efficiencies through actionable insights, process change and/or technological advancement.

 

You will be leading the adoption, training, and support of our Commercial Solutions across all Commercial Teams (Brand, Customer Solution, Key Account, Sales, Commercial Finance, Commercial Operations and Revenue Management).

 

You will validate our data integration and ensure proper maintenance of our Commercial Solutions (currently Anaplan) which supports various Commercial process such as Commercial Planning, Forecasting, Pricing, Marketing Investment, G&A budgeting, Financials and much more.

 

You will forecast user licensing usage and manage security profiles.

Having a very good understanding of general data and systems, along with the curiosity and willingness to learn of Molson Coors systems and data structure will be key for this role.

 

This is a tremendous learning opportunity, this role will expose you to the entire Canadian Commercial Operations, a chance to learn from each commercial role and get visibility throughout our Molson Coors Canadian Commercial Function.

 

What You Will Be Accountable For:

  • Responsible for Support & Training of up to 150 commercial users (from all Commercial teams and internal Business Partners) on Commercial Solutions.
  • Responsible for maintaining and administrating our Commercial Solutions. (Mainly Anaplan)
  • Manage Data Integration within the Commercial Solutions, identify any issues back to the development team.
  • Validates the data sources and perform data audits, if any issue, find root cause and address with the right team through the right channel.
  • Perform validation and maintenance when changes are made, once it’s stabilized, write and update SOPs to transfer any recurring work/maintenance to our Shared Services.
  • Responsible for Product License Forecasting and managing security profiles.

 

If You Have The Following…We Want To Hear From You!

  • University Degree with focus on IT, Business, Finance or Accounting.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with User Support, Change Management & at least one field of expertise related to Commercial Teams (Finance, Sales, Strategy, Marketing); CPG company experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Strong presentation skills, ability to effectively communicate to Commercial teams of different backgrounds.
  • Advanced Excel skills and highly proficient in Microsoft 365 suite is a plus.
  • Anaplan experience is a plus.
