Role Overview:

We are currently looking for a Commercial Enablement Solutions Manager. The Commercial Enablement Team, part of Commercial Operations, has an approach based on People, Processes, and Tools. The Commercial Enablement Team removes the noise/roadblocks/issues from everyday Commercial Operations and Execution and enables new Commercial Capabilities & increase operational efficiencies through actionable insights, process change and/or technological advancement.

 

Your ability to understand the business needs, ideate a working solution and convert it into a digital solution and/or process change, will be crucial in the Team’s success.

 

You will build and deliver our Commercial Solution Annual Roadmap (Anaplan is our current commercial tool). You will lead the Commercial Enablement Solution Specialist and the Solution (Anaplan) Dev Team. The Solution Dev Team is currently a 3rd party development team that you’ll need to establish, maintain, and manage the relationship, as well as tracking against budget. You’ll partner with our IT Center Of Excellence & IT Business Partners on technological impact, as well as the Commercial Enablement Managers. You will also partner with Global Teams to establish best practices using this type of solution.

 

The Commercial solution currently has over 7 different applications touching multiple aspects of our Commercial Operations including Commercial Planning and Forecasting and supports over 150 Commercial Users.

 

Having a very good understanding of general data and systems, along with the curiosity and willingness to learn of Molson Coors systems and data structure will be key for this role.
 

You will focus on business partnering, change management, process improvements, while reducing complexity through Integrated Tools.

 

You will need to understand the challenges of various Commercial roles such as Sales, Key Accounts, Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, Brand & Marketing, Customer Solutions & Sales Planners.

What You Will Be Accountable For:

  • Being a Product Owner of Commercial Tools (Anaplan), defining yearly roadmap, establishing feature priorities based on business value. Delivering the Solution roadmap, ensuring integrity/integrality/accuracy of models and supporting and communicating to over 150 Commercial Users supported by the External Dev Team and the Commercial Enablement Solution Specialist.
  • Unlocking new Commercial Capabilities through actionable insights and/or technological advancement. Uncovering Commercial Enablement Opportunity for multiple Commercial Teams. Turning these opportunities/challenges into processes and/or tools. Be the liaison with Solution Team / Business Reporting / IT teams to turn business needs into user stories.
  • Removing the noise/roadblocks/issues from everyday Commercial Operations to improve efficiency and execution focus and/or improve Customer Satisfaction.
  • Leading day-to-day work and tracking performance from external professional services.
  • Engage with Canadian Leadership Team on Commercial Solution Evolution.
  • Engage with Global Teams to generate Opportunities across The Americas or even globally, to maximize ROI and create synergies around Commercial Solutions.

 

If You Have the Following…We Want To Hear From You!

  • University Degree with focus on IT, Business, Finance or Accounting.
  • 8 to 15 years of relevant experience with Commercial Teams and/or Tool/System/Process implementation or other business and/or IT roles in Commercial organizations; CPG company experience is a plus.
  • Certified Anaplan Model Builder or similar skillsets (strong excel modeling) or similar combination of skills.
  • Proactive and a superior communicator, the successful candidate is a skilled professional with finely honed value-added customer service skills.
  • Ability to apply understanding of financial principles within data integration, analysis and solution development.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Able to apply logic and problem solving to complex business problems.
  • Strong presentation skills, ability to effectively communicate to leadership teams.
  • Experienced in Leading and Developing People.
  • Advanced Excel skills and highly proficient in Microsoft 365 suite
  • Anaplan experience is a big plus.
