The Headlines: 

 

In the role of Pricing Execution Specialist - Canada East & On Trade Analysis you will be part of the Revenue Management Team. You will support and lead the Customer specific strategic plans for Quebec and the Atlantic region in partnership with crossfunctional teams to drive the topline growth and profit maximization across the business unit.

 

Through fact based analytics, you will work on providing strategic direction to continuously optimize price, promotion, trade terms and assortment by customer & channel. Revenue management is a powerful strategic lever that supports the business unit in its competitive efforts in the Canadian Market.

 

This position reports to Magda Bessa (Pricing Strategy & Analytics Manager - Canada East & On Trade) and works closely with the sales teams, finance, channel marketing and category solutions to drive holistic recommendations.

 

What You Will Be Accountable For:

  • Support the ongoing price strategies and pack architecture process for Canada, converting challenges into opportunities and actionable solutions to drive topline growth agenda for Molson Coors while involved in the following:
    • Analysis and recommendation of action plans to grow Net Sales Revenue/Hectoliter and market share based on customer, consumer and competitiveness insights in the areas of Price, Promotion and Assortment for Quebec & Atlantic Key Accounts, Independents, On-Premise
    • Development of recommendations for Business Cases (such as GPIs, LTOs, new packs) while leveraging on consumer, customer and competitive learnings to grow Total Net Sales Revenue and Net Sales Revenue/Hectoliters including GPIs, LTOs, new packs
    • Performance of ROI analyses and Price/Promotional post-mortems, ultimately providing recommendations to improve investment allocation and support future decision-making discussions with key stakeholders
    • Management of changing pricing/promotional conditions, ensuring strategic plans are optimally maintained and executed on a weekly basis

  • You are serious about results and take pride in a proven track record in delivering and continuous improvement 
  • You are renown for your communication/ presentation skills
  • You have 3+ years' progressive commercial experience in trade marketing, finance, business intelligence or strategy with demonstrated success in turning analytics and insights into actionable recommendations
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or another analytical discipline
  • You are fully bilingual – English/French
