Crafted Highlights:
As an Off-Premise Sales Intern, you will be part of the Canadian Commercial team in Toronto within our Early Talent Program. Our Early Talent Program is Molson Coors’ undergraduate summer internship program, where students are exposed to the beverage industry, engaged in real-world problem-solving, and immersed in social and educational opportunities with other interns. The internship is a full-time summer position from May 4 - August 7 (Canada interns) and May 28 - August 7 (U.S. interns).
This position works closely with the Canadian Commercial Sales team in each region to assist us in creating positive brand experiences and delighting our customers and consumers.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Support the Retail Key Accounts team with sales reporting, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
- Assist in the execution and tracking of promotional programs with major Ontario retailers.
- Conduct post‑promotion and market insights reviews to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams while representing the Molson Coors culture and values.
- Collaborate with Field Sales team to organize processes and drive efficiency
- Analyze data, establish trends and identify key opportunities for the key accounts sales team
- Support with customer meetings and planning sessions
- Spend time in field visiting customers and identifying opportunities
Key Ingredients:
- You are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or related fields
- You have the ability and willingness to work a flexible work schedule if needed, including some evenings and weekends and light travel
- You have a valid driver’s license with no limitations/restrictions. You will be required to provide a recent copy of a Driver’s Abstract
- You are self-motivated with a magnetic personality; you project a positive, team-first and professional corporate image, and demonstrate strong problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- You have past work experience in sales, promotions, marketing and/or customer service fields
- You have a passion for the beverage industry – especially Beer and new trends
- Solid Microsoft Proficiency – PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Calendar Management
- Data Analytics skills – experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- You are involved in extra-curricular activities
- You can lift over 20 lbs, no lifting restrictions
