The Headlines:   

In the role of Customer Replenishment Analyst, working in Toronto, you will be part of the Ontario Supply and Service Team.  You will be accountable for execution of inventory deployment plan for Ontario as well as managing offsite warehouses in order to meet all customer service expectations and minimization of product loss.

 

This position reports to the Process Lead Customer Service and works closely with Supply Planning Analysts and key stakeholders within the Supply and Service Leadership Team.

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for creating the inventory deployment plan to meet the requirements of the supply plan with focus in achieving targeted customer service levels while optimizing resource utilization and maintaining supply chain effectiveness.
  • Create and monitor execution of inventory movements for streamlined distribution within the supply network.
  • Manage inventory levels within set parameters and monitor to ensure minimal obsolescence
  • Plan and execute repacking of promotional products and excess inventory
  • Responsible for ensuring inventory processes performed within SOX guidelines.
  • Facilitate timely execution of promotions at deployment level.
  • Work in conjunction with warehouse to resolve issues.

 

The Other Qualifications: 

  • You have a relevant post-secondar degree/diploma OR equivalent experience (1-3 years) in the field of Inventory Management
  • Logistics or Production scheduling experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • SAP or relevant inventory management experience preferred
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

Job Posting Grade: 9

Job Posting Salary Range: (Canada/B.C.) $70,100 - $100,700
