Crafted Highlights:   

In the role of Brewing Line Lead working in Toronto, Ontario you will be part of the Brewing Team. The Line Leader has 24-hour accountability for results, ownership and responsibility to drive Daily Management Systems (DMS), and organizational health of their area of responsibility. You will be responsible for managing and improving results necessary to achieve the Compelling Business Need (CBN) and Site Master Plan through rigorous application of Continuous Improvement tools. The majority of the individual’s time will be spent on the floor working with the teams and building the capability of the people in their area and removing road blocks to best support the team.

  

This position reports to the Director of Brewing, direct report includes the Process Lead. This position works closely with the Maintenance Lead, Team Leaders, operators, and skilled trades.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

  • Develop and lead execution of the Line 90-Day Plans to address losses and build capability. 
  • Coach and mentor team to deliver departmental KPIs the right way, aligned to the World Class Supply Chain 2.0 pillars. Identify talent needs, and develop plans to close gaps 
  • Develops, monitors and embeds systems and processes to optimize efficiency, quality and delivery through the removal of waste in all forms.  
  • Owns Planned Stop Execution and has monthly review accountability of Line Master Plans and results.

 

 

Key Ingredients: 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Science or Business OR equivalent experience (4+ years).
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a manufacturing/operations supervisor.
  • You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style, and you can equally execute ideas given to you.
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgement in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business.
  • You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy.
  • You have a proven track record of achievement in a high‑speed, high‑volume manufacturing environment.
  • You demonstrate a strong ability to drive World Class Supply initiatives to achieve challenging objectives.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $102,400.00 - $134,400.00 (posting salary range) + 13% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
