In the role of Assistant Marketing Manager – Coors Light, you’ll build one of the most iconic brands, shaping culture and changing the way consumers enjoys beer. You’ll get to operate as a business owner, effectively blending the art & science of marketing.
In this specific role, you will be an Assistant Marketing Manager in which you will be responsible for executing key programs that bring refreshment to consumers, make more people want to hang out with us and drive the brand’s growth into the future. This role will report directly into the Brand Manager, Coors Light.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Marketing Communications & Creativity
- Responsible for developing and executing through-the-line marketing programs and advertising campaigns
- Manage the creative development process with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Manage Coors Light’s social channels with agency partners
- Collaborate with marketing cross-functionals - including Media, Shopper, Brand Experience & Partnership Precision Marketing & Data – to craft effective campaigns and analyze performance
- Liaise with Trade Marketing stakeholders to drive retail and on-premise performance in key markets
- Brand Strategy & Consumer Understanding
- Assist in the development of brand strategy and marketing plans, including inputs for annual planning process
- Collaborate with Insights team to analyze brand, creative and consumer performance and discover opportunities
- Support the team in conducting monthly performance analyses, identifying key drivers and gaps for the brand, and contributing to the development of strategies to achieve performance targets.
- Business Management & Commercial Fluency
- Responsible for using various internal and external business and retail analytics tools to analyze business performance and develop impactful insights, including monthly business performance reports
- Manage brand budget, including PO and invoice processing as well as tracking and forecasting
- Work with Finance to maintain accuracy of budget and expenditures to meet financial expectations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support with product sell stories, retail tools as well as core tools for the brand
- An effective leader who possesses problem-solving abilities, exceptional project management skills, initiative to drive projects forward, accountability to own responsibilities and empathy to successfully collaborate with others
- A strong strategic thinker who understands both the big picture and how to execute effectively
- A natural communicator who clearly and persuasively connects with any audience
- An intellectually curious and creative thinker who has a passion for brand building
- Demonstrated experience in relevant field, including marketing, advertising, business management, etc.
- Strong budget management skills
- Experience in consumer-packaged goods, beverage, or alcohol is preferred
- 2+ years of brand building experience is a preferred

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $75,000.00 - $98,400.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
