As part of your position as a merchandiser in the grocery network, you will be part of a global sales team. The merchandiser will work in the territory of Quebec City, Eastern Sector and will work in collaboration with the regional sales team under the supervision of the Sector Manager. You will conduct merchandising activities according to the established plan and available space in order to ensure the effective marketing of Molson products to customers in your territory in order to achieve sales volume and market share objectives. You will design and arrange the displays, you will have to ensure the availability, visibility and accessibility of the products and will contribute to the maintenance of good business relationships with your customers.



  • Carry out merchandising activities in your territory according to the defined parameters as well as your visiting schedule;
  • Ensure excellent merchandising activities and the proper use of advertising material in your territory;
  • Optimize the distribution and presentation of doors in store (rotation, new products, etc.);
  • Seize all additional sales opportunities through new merchandising spaces at your customers' premises;
  • Develop and maintain privileged business relationships with your customers by ensuring that problems are resolved quickly and that their level of satisfaction is optimal;
  • Enter orders into the systems and work closely with the Telesales department;
  • Stay abreast of competitive initiatives and initiate appropriate actions.


Other qualifications:

  • You have at least one DES. The DEC or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset;
  • You have at least one (1) year of experience in merchandising or sales.
  • Experience in the field of food is an important asset;
  • You know the main merchandising and listing techniques
  • You hold a valid Class 5 driver's license and a car for your travel and transportation of promotional materials;
  • You are bilingual (French and English), both orally and in writing;
  • You are dynamic, excellent communicator, know how to show autonomy, initiative and creativity;
  • You are available for a work schedule from Monday to Friday
