The title:

As part of your position as Sales Representative in the region of Quebec, you will be part of a global sales team. The incumbent will manage all sales-related activities in the specified territory and coordinate the work of your team in order to seize all sales opportunities and thus achieve the objectives set in terms of volume, market share and profitability

The incumbent will report to the District Manager and will work closely with all members of the Quebec sales team, whether they are field representatives or senior management. It will provide guidance on business strategy, pricing, forecasting, supply chain execution and sales performance within each region.



  • Negotiate commercial and promotional agreements with customers and regroup your territory;
  • Seize all sales opportunities in your territory and among your customers;
  • Present an annual business review to identified clients;
  • Perform semi-annual portfolio management with identified clients;
  • Plan and manage the annual budget of your territory;
  • Develop and maintain privileged business relationships with your customers by ensuring that problems are resolved quickly and that their level of satisfaction is optimal;
  • Sell sales plans according to the parameters defined by the needs;
  • Stay abreast of competitive initiatives and initiate appropriate actions.


Other qualifications:


  • You have a university degree combined with 3 to 5 years of sales experience;
  • You are bilingual;
  • You are familiar with computer science (Excel, Word and Outlook) and knowledge of SAP is an asset;
  • Your business acumen, your ability to negotiate and influence are all qualities that characterize you;
  • Gifted for communications and personal relationships, you are results-oriented and know how to demonstrate autonomy, perseverance and adaptability;
  • With a good sense of listening, you have good problem-solving skills and know how to use creativity;
  • You are regularly available in the evenings and on weekends;
  • You demonstrate energetic leadership, make informed decisions, meet your commitments and are able to align your interventions with the company's strategies;
  • You hold a valid driver's licence according to the SAAQ;
