In the role of On-Premise Territory Sales Representative covering the areas of Niagara & Hamilton Region, you will be part of the Ontario Commercial team. This position reports to one of our District Sales Managers. This On-Premises role focuses on bars, restaurants, nightclubs, golf courses, etc. and National/Regional Chain Accounts (Boston Pizza, Kelsey’s, etc.). 

The ideal Territory Sales Representative candidate will possess great communication and leadership skills, is driven for success and has a passion for quality beer. You will learn multiple aspects of merchandising, sales, and operations, while having the opportunity to represent some of Canada’s favourite brands.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Cultivate relationships with customers to establish Molson Coors as a preferred customer supplier
  • Manage and administered budget resources to ensure sales target/distribution realization
  • Execute regional plans to ensure that volume and brand targets are achieved
  • Work closely with your accounts/customers to bring our portfolio of brands to life in their establishments and attract new drinkers to our amazing family of brands
  • Ensure brilliant execution by building rapport with your customers and supporting brand standards
  • Actively seek out new opportunities to grow your territory business by getting new customers to join our team
  • Ensure Molson products are in full distribution based on account/head office compliance.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field
  • You have 1-5 years of progressive experience in sales and key accounts management in the consumer or direct store delivery industries;
  • You must have and maintain a provincial valid driver’s license in good standing with no limitations/restrictions.
  • As part of the recruitment process, the candidates will be required to provide consent to complete a criminal background check and provide a driver’s abstract

$51,900.00 - $68,100.00 (fourchette salariale de l’affichage) + 30% (mesure incitative à court terme) + 11,000 $ en moyenne dépensés en avantages sociaux par employé, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, les soins de santé, les soins dentaires, les soins de la vue, la retraite avec une contrepartie de l’employeur supérieure au marché, les mesures incitatives pour la santé et le bien-être, et le Programme d’aide aux employés + les congés payés (y compris les jours fériés, les jours de vacances et les jours de maladie). 
 

L’échelle salariale indiquée ci-dessus correspond à ce que nous pensons, en toute bonne foi, payer pour ce poste au moment de cette publication.
