In the role of Manager, Retail Key Accounts, NL working in Newfoundland and Labrador, you will be part of the Canadian Commercial Team. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage all aspects of our relationships with Retail Partners in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Manager, Retail Key Accounts – NL will ensure that appropriate Sales plans are set by Retail Customer Group and are appropriately tracked. The role will also serve as the primary point of contact for our contracted distribution network across the province. As a senior member of the Commercial Leadership Team in Atlantic Canada, this role holds accountability for delivery of the Commercial Annual Operating Plan including NL sales volume, NL sales revenue and market share while adhering to the annual operating budget.
This position reports to the Director of Sales for Atlantic Canada, and will be based out of St. John’s, NL. The role works closely with the members of the Atlantic leadership team, National commercial team, and has cross-functional touchpoints in many other parts of the business, including Supply Chain and Finance. They also communicate and coordinate with field sales (and other departments) daily on how/where to execute customer plans.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Act as primary point of contact between Molson Coors and our NL Retail partners
- Act as primary point of contact between Molson Coors and our contracted Distribution Network
- Actively participate in Annual Planning exercises, and develop / execute retail customer strategies
- Develop detailed customer/channel/brand plans, with support from Customer Solutions teams
- Develop and execute assigned customer budgets
- Successfully sell in all new products and promotions to assigned Retail Customer groups
- Deliver sales volume, market share, and profit targets
- Lead cross functional virtual business teams
- Communicate / coordinate with Field Sales and Customer Solutions teams (plus other departments) where appropriate to execute customer / brand plans
- Develop / Maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory policies
- Serve as the “voice of the customer” within Molson Coors
- Various other tasks that may be required in the pursuit of excellence, as assigned by the Director of Sales – Atlantic Canada

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field;
- You have 3-5 years of sales/marketing experience in a packaged goods or beverage alcohol industry, with 1-2 years’ experience in handling regional/national key accounts

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $109,200.00 - $143,300.00 (posting salary range) + 19% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
