Crafted Highlights:   

In the role of Space Field Specialist based in Montreal, you will be part of the Strategy & Capabilities team within the Sales Organization on a temporary 12-month contract. You will be responsible for developing schematic sets for retailers to maximize strategic shelf space execution across accounts.

 

This position reports to the Space Lab Team Lead and works closely with the Space Lab teams in the U.S. and Romania, as well as with the Canadian Category Insights/Marketing Activation Customer Solutions team and the Sales organization. 

 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

  • Lead schematic projects that support retail chains in achieving Molson Coors’ volume, space, and distribution objectives.  
  • Provide expert guidance to Space Analysts to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement by acting as a Center of Excellence for Space Management and Assortment Analytics at Molson Coors.
  • Develop and implement Molson Coors space management planning processes and tools, enabling the company to achieve our sales and distribution goals with chain customers.
  • Increase space analyst efficiency through development and implementation of effective space management strategies and processes.
  • Identify, develop and implement space management category management education and help develop tools used in development of schematics projects.

 

 

Key Ingredients:  

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in OR equivalent experience (3+ years) in the field of space management.
  • You have strong PC skills in relevant applications, with advanced knowledge of space management tools, including Space Planning Automation, and efficient item assortment.
  • You have experience working with Knowledge Base, ACNielsen NITRO, Spectra and Access Data Base.
  • You have a solid understanding of retailer space strategies.  
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.  
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $76,400.00 - $100,300.00 (posting salary range).
