In the role of Manager, Pricing Strategy & Revenue Management for Quebec and Atlantic, working in Montreal, you will be part of the Revenue Management team. You will lead customer-specific strategic plans for the Quebec and Atlantic regions, leveraging fact-based analytics to optimize pricing, promotions, trade terms, and assortment across customers and channels. Put another way, you will be a strategic driver of topline growth and profitability, uncovering new opportunities to maximize value in a competitive marketplace.

 

This position reports to the Lead Manager, Revenue Management (Canada East) and works closely with cross-functional partners including Sales Key Account teams, Finance, and Customer Solutions to develop and execute impactful growth strategies across the business unit.

 

 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

  • Lead strategic decision-making by providing revenue-driving recommendations that strengthen commercial performance.
  • Shape category, channel, and customer strategies through optimized assortment, pricing, promotion, and investment decisions grounded in consumer, shopper, and competitive insights.
  • Develop fact-based, customer-first recommendations supported by compelling selling stories.
  • Build and refine analytical models to evaluate pricing and net investment scenarios and support financial and strategic planning.
  • Partner with Finance to quantify trade investment requirements and ensure alignment on pricing and promotional plan costs.
  • Lead pricing analyses by identifying revenue opportunities, evaluating price and volume impacts, and modeling alternative pricing scenarios.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates to all pricing elements within Revenue Management materials and support customer sell-in stories as needed.

 

 

Key Ingredients: 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or another analytical discipline. 
  • You bring at least 3 years of progressive commercial experience in trade marketing, finance, business intelligence, or strategy, with a track record of transforming analytics and insights into actionable recommendations.
  • You are sought out for your expertise and advice, and you are known for your ability to influence peers and cross-functional partners effectively.
  • You demonstrate diplomacy, professionalism, and sound judgement in all interactions.
  • You are recognized for your strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome. 
  • You are fully bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in both languages.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $94,800.00 - $124,400.00 (posting salary range) + 13% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
