In the role of Creative Production Coordinator, you will be part of the Strategy & Capabilities team and play a key role in overseeing and managing workflow, production, and the timely delivery of graphic design projects. Your expertise in project management, resource allocation, graphic design, print production, and team coordination will be essential to ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the studio. This position reports to the Senior Production Manager.

 

 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

  • Manage the end-to-end production process of design projects, from intake to final delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including copywriters, designers, and other studio team members, to gather project requirements, establish project priorities, and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Assign tasks and projects to the design team members, balancing workloads and ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, providing updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders.
  • Implement and streamline production processes and workflows in Adobe Workfront, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring efficiency and scalability within the studio.
  • Establish, maintain, and archive accurate records of all project interactions in Adobe Workfront
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather project briefs, clearly communicate expectations, and provide guidance on design concepts and timelines.
  • Lead and support in new stakeholder and external agency on-boarding and training.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, while maintaining a high level of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Support in execution and adaptation of production design work as required. 

 

 

Key Ingredients:  

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, business, marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
  • You have 3+ years of experience managing graphic design projects, with proven experience as a Production Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • You are bilingual in French (Canadian) and English.
  • You have a strong understanding of the creative design process and experience working closely with graphic teams.
  • You have experience with Adobe Workfront (preferred).
  • You thrive on challenges and can manage complex projects efficiently by applying a strong understanding of business priorities.
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $57,000.00 - $74,900.00 (posting salary range) + 9% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
