Crafted Highlights:
As the Bilingual Creative Copywriter in Montreal, you will be the guardian of the Molson Coors voice in one of our most iconic markets. You will balance the precision of a proofreader with the soul of a storyteller. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all French-Canadian materials are accurate and legally sound, while also crafting original, engaging copy that resonates with the unique culture of Quebec.
What You’ll Be Brewing:

Create copy for various marketing channels, including advertisements, web content, emails, and social media.

Adapt and transcreate international English campaigns into authentic messages for Québec audiences, preserving the brand’s intent while giving them a strong local dimension.

Conduct market research to anticipate consumer trends, humor styles, and the competitive landscape in Québec.
- Review visuals and packaging to ensure flawless grammar, punctuation, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Verify legal compliance, including the correct use of trademarks, disclaimers and adherence to Quebec’s language laws (Bill 101).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage workloads, deliver cohesive creative output, and understand/achieve project objectives and goals.
- Analyze the performance of advertising copy using data in order to make adjustments and improve future messaging.
Key Ingredients:
- (5+ years) as a Copywriter or Proofreader, preferably within the artwork, graphic design, or agency industry.
- Native-level fluency in French-Canadian with an expert command of grammar, spelling, and local nuance.
- Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Workfront) (an asset).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for digital content (an asset).
- A portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles and creative campaign work (an asset).

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $51,900.00 - $68,100.00 (posting salary range) + 9% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
