The Headlines:
We are currently seeking a student to join our team as an Administrative Support Agent for a temporary three-month contract. Based in Montreal and reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for contacting clients by phone to assist them with the enrollment process for the pre-authorized debit service.
The Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients to present the benefits of the pre-authorized debit service.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process, answer their questions, and address basic concerns.
- Accurately update client information in the customer management system.
- Provide exemplary customer service while maintaining high standards of courtesy and professionalism.
- Work closely with team members to achieve enrollment targets.
The Other Qualifications:
- You are currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program.
- You have excellent proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
- You are available for the full duration of the contract, which is three months.
- You are comfortable making phone calls and interacting with clients.
- You possess strong communication skills and active listening abilities.
- You are capable of working independently and managing your time effectively.
- Experience in customer service is considered an asset.
