The Headlines:   

In the role of Sales Technology Specialist working in Montreal or Toronto you will be part of the Canadian Commercial Execution Team.  You will be responsible to optimize usage of our field sales tools capability in line with Sales & Commercial business needs across Canada. The Primary focus of this role will be to lead the Territory Planning and Routing Processes. Ultimately improving in market productivity for the front line. The Sales Technology Specialist role also has strong integration with internal commercial teams to maximize effectiveness and efficiencies, identifying gaps, and recommend opportunities for evolution.

 

This position reports to the Manager of Commercial Execution and works closely with internal commercial teams, focused within Sales & IT

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Territory Planning - Managing planned schedule for current and future projects, providing output of optimal territories aligned to defined strategy and parameters
  • Route Optimization - Leveraging technology and capabilities provide optimized routes against regional needs
  • Route Execution - Continuously assessing current ways of working, process flows, communication to look for areas of opportunity to increase commercial teams productivity
  • Usage Reporting - build and maintain reports/dashboards for continuous visibility to capability usage. Engage stakeholders with insights or actions where applicable
  • Sales Support - providing process to receive and process request. Providing training to others for self service and internal knowledge growth
  • Feedback Collection - Collect & Consolidation feedback from end users. Provide findings on predetermined cadence to stakeholders for process improvement

 

The Other Qualifications: 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of Sales and/or Technology 
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments  
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

  • You are Bilingual in English and French
