The Headlines:
In the role of General Manager Sales, Quebec, you will lead and direct sales strategies and activities which address current dynamics and are in alignment with overall goals to deliver volume, profit and our health of our brands, while optimizing the use of budget. You lead, direct, and motivate customers to align with sales strategies and deliver execution of initiatives in retail outlets.
The GM role is part of the National retail Team and reports to the National VP. In addition of leading a Key Account team and a Field Sales Team, you will work closely with the marketing activation and customer solution team, revenue management, supply chain, finance, commercial operations and other leaders contributing to our ambition of being the First Choice for Consumers and Customers.
The Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of talented colleagues and support their growth and development.
- Accelerate Molson Coors' commercial capabilities to become the first choice for consumers and customers by developing and growing market share, volume, and profitability for the province.
- Define, execute and evaluate sales strategy, standards and plans
- Develop and maintain productive business relationships with internal and external team members.
- Ensure sales strategy is communicated to optimize execution.
