The Headlines:

 

In the role of Customer Marketing Assistant Manager, you will be part of the Marketing Activation and Customer Solutions team. You will develop distinct, breakthrough customer marketing programs for designated brands and customers. You will work collaboratively across many teams, including but not limited to the Customer Solutions, Shopper Marketing, Procurement and Sponsorship & Events teams to tailor shopper solutions to the Customer Strategy and Ecosystem.

 

This position reports to the Sr. Customer Marketing Manager and is based out of Toronto or Montreal.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Build ground-up activations for key customers that are rooted in shopper insights, add value and meet our customers’ needs, drive purchase, and get executed with excellence. Where applicable, input and lead these programs through the START process.
  • Collaborate with shopper marketing teams to ensure national and regional plans and programs address class of trade / key customer opportunities. Serve as champion of our customer & shopper requirements throughout the program development process.
  • Build internal and Customer-facing selling stories, outlining the details of the activation and the WHY this solution works for Molson, our Customers, and the Shopper.  
  • Work cross functionally and with external partners to ideate, create and source Retail and On-Premise merchandise and displays/POS.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our plans and identify opportunities that enable us to be first choice for our customers and consumers.

  • You are deadly serious about execution and take pride in a proven track record in delivering results.
  • Understanding of how to secure relevant, differentiated insights and action them into game changing ideas & programming.
  • You are experienced and have demonstrated success in planning, developing, and executing key initiatives across a commercial organization.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant field.
  • You have 3+ years of progressive experience across marketing and/or sales (CPG industry experience is a bonus).
